- Support customers to identify the correct the parts through parts manual or by communicating with factory
- Prepare/present parts quotes for customers
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, providing the department manager with updates on sales activities of the assigned countries
- Manage data such as contact information, crane populations, opportunities, campaigns, selling activities, quotes delivered
- Establish a regular visit to customers or job sites to assist them in identifying any Parts sales potential.
- Other duties, as assigned by Management
