Job Description:
• Setup Sensory Panel table (one day in advance)
• Prepare samples/labels/cups/bowls for Sensory Panels according to instructions provided by Panel Leaders
• Weighing and packing of samples for Beverage despatch to external Panel:
labelling cups and sachets for each test for each panel member
• Weighing out samples, wraping and packing all test samples for each panelist and labelling outer package
• Preparing samples according to instructions and preparing them for panel participants to taste
• In charge of shutting down and switching on laptops at the end and start of every week
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements: Min NITEC / Diploma in Food Science courses or similar
