Requirements:
- Experienced in the installation of Aluminium dome roofs for Storage tanks
- Experienced in the installation of Full Contact Aluminium Floating roofs for storage tanks
- Experienced in the installation of SS-Skin and Pontoon floating roofs for storage tanks
- Experienced in the installation of Low-Profile seals for storage tanks (primary and secondary seals)
- Experienced in the installation of mechanical shoe seals, compression-type seals and gauge pole sleeves for storage tanks
- Experience in Develop the installation manuals (sequence of steps) as per the design change of the products
- Work experienced in Jurong island with oil and gas companies (ExxonMobil) is mandatory
- Certified to work at height and confined space works
- Knowledge of API 650/653 based final inspection reports and must have awareness of design elements of Floating roofs, seals and dome roof designs
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct the mechanical contractors to install seals and floating and dome roofs.
- Review the engineering drawings and verify the site to support the engineering team in preparing construction drawings.
- Do the site inspection of existing tank seals, floating roofs, dome roofs and roof legs and prepare the final inspection report with
- Review the method statements, prepare the handover checklist, and help the client close punch items.
- Conducted material inspections for delivery and submitted the final report to clients.
- Preparation of commercial quotations and support the management on administrative works
- Preparing the project documents, filing and as-built markups for final documentation for the client submissions
- Prepare the work sequences for each product and get the alignment from Clients.
- Coordinate the client for all site-related queries and address the issues onsite through validation and verification.
- Convincing the clients for any modification, installation and engineering queries of company products
- Willing to travel overseas- Brunei, Malaysia, Cambodia, Australia, Vietnam, and Taiwan- the travelling percentage is 50% and above.
- Willing to work on weekends/public holidays to meet the client's schedules and project completion requirements.
