Senior HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

· Understand the full spectrum of the payroll function, checking the payroll accuracy.

· Submission to statutory board (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, Maternity/ Child Care Leave Claims, training grant, etc)

· Full spectrum of talent acquisition from review job description, job posting on portals, screening & shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews, salary proposal, salary benchmarking, on/off boarding arrangement

· Work passes matters; applications, renewals, cancellations, update of foreign workers’ particulars and address.

· Managing of P files maintenance and upkeeping with proper documentation

· Responsible for daily HR operations to administer to employees’ queries and resolving employees’ issues.

· Familiar and ensure that company’s policies and guidelines are in place with local statutory requirement and Employment Act.

· Proactive in improving overall HR procedures and efficiency to keep up with current market dynamics and the company’s business demands.

· Work with department heads to prepare manpower planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.

· Good knowledge of Progressive Wages Model to ensure compiling to regulations

· Prepare and submit MOM & other statutory board HR-related surveys and updating of OED portal.

· Responsible for HR, ISO audit and related matters

· Support on Workplace Safety and Health Matter

· Organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

· Yearly Insurance policies renewal


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • At least 3 years of HR supervisory experience.
  • Experience with Info-tech payroll system will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
