Responsbilities:
- Coordinate and execute maintenance programs that enhance the mall’s functionality and overall guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Prepare and oversee the annual budget, manage maintenance contracts, and strategically supervise operational expenses to align with the financial goals.
- Assist in implementing projects aimed at enhancing mall assets, including tenant renovations and supporting promotional activities that engage our community.
- Work closely with the procurement team to manage equipment procurement, cyclical replacements, and enhancements, ensuring to have the best tools for success.
- Proactively manage feedback and service requests, ensuring timely and effective responses to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and vendors, setting high professional standards for daily operations and maintenance services.
- Join the Company Emergency Response Team as a Site Incident Controller or First Aider, ready to ensure safety and preparedness in any situation.
- Participate in the Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team, reviewing and approving permits to work (PTWs), conducting risk assessments, and performing safety audits to maintain a secure environment for all.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building, or Estate Management.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Resourceful and systematic in resolving issues, with a knack for working under tight timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Willing to work beyond standard operating hours when necessary
