- Report and address anomalies in employee behavior and workplace environment, offering solutions.
Drive Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the talent acquisition process.
- Manage performance management and succession planning.
- Work with senior management on employee progression processes.
Manage Compensation Practices:
- Oversee offer packages and compensation-related processes.
- Review salary structures to ensure market competitiveness.
- Manage the annual salary review and performance-based compensation.
Develop and Deploy Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Initiatives
- Oversee employee communication channels and drive monthly assemblies/town halls.
- Promote EVP through leadership engagement and team-building activities.
- Ensure EVP initiatives meet the evolving needs of the talent pool.
