Location: Queenstown
Duration: 1 year convertible to perm
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of HR policies, tools and processes at group level
- Review SEA payroll (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, <100 headcounts each) on monthly basis and ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements
- Assist in both internal and external audits
- Collate monthly regional headcount and recruitment reports
- Administrative support for all regional matters
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel to perform payroll checks
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experiences
