This role sits with the Employee Benefits- New Business team and will be responsible for building intermediary relationships and underwriting
Your responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining intermediary relationships to ensure new business growth.
- Communicating new business data to the BPO and coordinating with operations to resolve issues.
- Participating in projects like product enhancements and market analysis.
- Proactively improving processes and adapting to changes.
- Managing business and regulatory compliance risks.
Our Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Must have relevant experience and knowledge of Employee benefits i.e underwriting/sales and client management/operations to be considered.
- Detail-oriented individual , demonstrate level of attention to be thorough with processes.
- Energetic, display commercial acumen, and bring strong interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, sense of ownership and team player.
