- Position : Retail Associate (Jewellery/Changi Airport) – Up to Gross $3,000 or more
- Location : Changi Airport
- Working hours : 5 days Work Shift | 10am - 7pm OR 11am - 8pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $2,000 + $75Allowance + Commission of Average $500 - $1000
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle customer complaints, repairs, servicing and after sales services.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving of stocks and merchandise.
- Manage cash for cash transactions
- Prepare Daily Sales Report for submission to head office.
- Share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager.
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
