2D & 3D Design Drafting:
- Proven experience in drafting and designing interior spaces, showcasing a diverse portfolio is highly preferable. Knowladge in Singapore Housing Space.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & VRay is a MUST, any other software is bonus; proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is preferable.
Team Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the project management team, ensuring seamless integration of design plans into the construction process.
- Work closely with our designer teams to understand client visions, preferences, and project requirements.
- Receive clear instructions and approvals on design changes before proceeding with detailed drawings.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all design-related activities, maintaining a comprehensive record of project progression.
Technical Drawings:
- Demonstrate the ability to create detailed technical drawings that align with industry standards and project specifications.
Deadline Management:
- Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Interior designer graduate with at least 1-year experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in building construction/interior design.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with design team/contractors/clients
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting project requirements.
- Familiarity with renovation industry.
- Coachable/ Willing to Learn more.
