Field Service Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission, repair, and maintain our products and components at customers' sites. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support, ensure high-quality work, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, repair, and maintain company products and components at customers' sites
- Provide efficient service and technical support to customers, ensuring high-quality work
- Liaise with customers and internal teams on technical and service issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of service reports and other relevant information
- Support sales teams in securing service orders
- Deliver product training to customers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Relevant working experience in electrical/mechanical repair (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication, analytical, and judgmental skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage, develop, and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner
- High level of integrity, discipline, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and in teams
