We Are Hiring: Assistant Bar Manager
Job Details:
- Salary: S$3000 to S$3500 basic pay
- Eligibility: Singaporean or PR only
- Shift: Straight Shift
- Meals: 2 staff meals provided per day
- Transport: Provided after 11 PM
- Additional Benefits: High tips and additional incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to guests
- Manage bar staff by training, mentoring, and scheduling shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and track stock to avoid shortages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, along with alcohol-serving laws
- Manage customer complaints, providing efficient and professional resolutions
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons by upholding service standards
- Support the Bar Manager in developing promotional events and marketing activities
- Ensure cash handling and POS system accuracy, manage end-of-day reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-paced F&B environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management
- Customer-service-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
