Our client, with an annual turnover of USD 1 Billion, in the Oil & Gas industry is presently looking for a Group Accountant to join their team.
As part of a 7-man team, the Group Accountant will be responsible for performing manual complex consolidations of accounts in accordance with IFRS standards. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the incumbent will lead a team of 2 and assist in P&L reports, balance sheets and ensure the smooth financial operations of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in accounting and consolidation, prior working experience in auditing firm would be ideal
- Familiarity with SAP is a slight advantage
- Strong knowledge in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Meticulous and self driven individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both English & Mandarin/Chinese as this role is required to communicate with Chinese/Mandarin speaking associates
