We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer - Banking Operation Officer (Fund Transfer) based in Singapore. Banking Ops Officer is responsible for performing pre-processing checks on all Fund Transfer transactions and participating in callbacks to clients on high value transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation, risk and control checks for all banking transactions; ensuring that it is in compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting the regulatory requirement.
- Perform pre-processing checks for all fund transfer transactions
- Escalate the exceptions and ensure proper approvals obtained and on time.
- Assist in implementing measures and process improvements to increase productivity and ensure its quality.
- Involve in project and system enhancement including implementation.
- Assist in changes or additional regulations/guidelines implementation.
- Handle queries and resolve issues that arises.
- Assist in MCA testing and audit
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
