This position reports to the Director and interfaces with a team of architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients. Divine Space Construction is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality projects. As a Project Manager, the trainee will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing interior design and construction projects from conception to completion. With a focus on delivering exceptional design solutions and ensuring timely project delivery, his expertise and leadership will drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction. Effective communication, budget management, and coordination of project teams will be essential to your success in this dynamic and rewarding role at Divine Space Construction.
Individual to be involved in:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, to ensure successful execution of interior design and construction projects.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to coordinate project activities, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to project milestones.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and maintain financial records to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and execution, with a track record of successfully managing interior design and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with architectural and interior design principles, construction methodologies, and building materials, enabling effective coordination with design teams and contractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all project stages.
