- Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
- Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
- Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards
Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 10 years of experience in managing construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity.
