An established F&B Group is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:-
Pastry Cook
Location: Food Xchange @ ADMIRALTY
Responsibilities:-
- Assist in daily production to meet outlets ordering requirement
- Check quantity and quality control of every items and store to designated area
- Ensure minimum wastages and control stock inventory
- Reporting stock level, mise-en-place schedule and maintenance issues
- Understand of food hygiene regulation accordance with AVA requirements and ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Candidate Requirements:-
- At least 1 year’ experience in pastry production or similar capacity and relevant experience preferred. No experience will be considered as Assistant Pastry Cook
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Product knowledge on baking and pastry making in fundamental technique
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and a good team player
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin as need to work with mandarin speaking only colleagues/suppliers
- 6 days work week (7am-4pm)
