Responsibilities
We’re looking for a proactive and meticulous Accounts Payable Executive to join the Regional Accounting Shared Services Team.
- Lead and handle the entire accounts payable function;
- Generate and validate accuracy of invoices and supporting documents;
- Process payments and post invoices;
- Collaborate with other departments on other processes including general ledger, fixed assets and inventory management;
- Lead monthly analysis reporting for management;
- Support internal teams for financial audits and tax filing;
- Manage GST applications and matters;
- Review and renew SOPs;
- Be point-of-contact for queries.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field of study;
- At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience or experience working with full set of accounts;
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
