Job Description
· Manage Payroll and Benefits Management for Customers
· Provide good Services and Timely response to Customers’ Enquiries on Payroll and HR matters.
· Provide Feedback and Support to Product Development Teams in their efforts of continuous Enhancement of the Company’s Application Products.
· Assist in Tender Preparation, Product Development, Implementation, Testing, and Support of software applications.
· Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
· Report on the progress of goals and objectives
· Monitor performance progress with management
Qualifications & Experience
· Degree, Diploma or equivalent in HR, Finance or Information technology majoring in HR or Finance
· Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers
· Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Knowledge in Financial Accounting and HR administration an added advantage
