Job Description
Assist the COO to manage day to day office administrative and operation matters.
Assist the COO to manage e-commerce platform administration.
Assist the COO to prepare and sending of quotation, delivery orders and invoices.
Assist the COO to coordinate with 3PL partners and update inventories.
Assist the COO to liaise with shipping and freight agents for incoming shipments and documentations.
Skills Required
Able to use basic functions of Xero accounting software.
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to use SaaS design tools like Canva etc.
Able to converse in English and basic Mandarin.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Preferred)
