Job Description:
- Assist to develop and oversee Operations Budget preparation, management, tracking and P&L forecast and actualization.
- Lead a team of technical staff to provide efficient and effective soft Facility Management services, Building-related equipment maintenance and M&E services to commercial buildings, government buildings and institution buildings
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare and manage the budget and cyclical maintenance of building fabric & M&E assets/equipment at the clients' premises.
- Develop the competency and capabilities of both technical & managerial teams.
- Maintain effective and timely reporting processes and activities to the respective client
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in FM related with at least 5 years of experience in FM
