Position Overview

As a HR Manager (Recruitment Focus) at KrisShop, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and driving key HR functions. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, managing onboarding processes, and handling various HR administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

1.      Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:

Design and execute impactful recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles at KrisShop.

2.      Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate negotiations.

3.      Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs. Provide expert guidance on job specifications, candidate profiles, and relevant market trends to align hiring efforts with business objectives.

4.      Enhance Candidate Experience:

Foster a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to onboarding.

5.      Utilize Recruitment Technologies:

Leverage advanced recruitment software and platforms to streamline processes, monitor key metrics, and improve candidate management efficiency.

6.      Build Talent Pipelines:

Establish and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and high-demand skill sets, ensuring readiness for future hiring needs

7.      Analyze and Report:

Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

8.      Manage Job Offer Process:

Oversee the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and conducting reference checks as needed, to ensure competitive and fair offers.

9.      Stay Updated on Market Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive innovation and enhance recruitment strategies.

10.   Onboarding Management:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including work pass applications and renewals, to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

 

Payroll Management

1.      Oversee Payroll Processing:

Assist the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for employees.

2.      Manage Payroll Records:

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data within the HRIS. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.

 

HR Administrative

1.       Assist in offboarding process, conduct exit interview, clearance coordination and update report.

2.      Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

3.      Assist in the daily HR operations function and work according to Company policies and SOP.

4.      Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

5.      Any ad-hoc task assigned to you.

Requirements

Requirements

1.      Strong knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and policies.

2.      Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing & recruitment for white collar and senior positions in an inhouse high volume environment.

3.      Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4.      Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5.      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6.      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS systems.

7.      Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

8.      Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

9.      Someone who prefer to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 

Preferred Candidate

1.      Experience in the travel retail or e-commerce industry.

2.      Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
