The Services required are set out as follows:
- Receiving and attending to requests from walk-in customers, phone calls & any other form of enquiries.
- Making phone calls on behalf of school to parents/partners as part of concierge service.
- Administering room key issuance and tracking movement.
- Follow up on student attendance/late coming/early dismissal
- Monitor the well-being and follow-up on the movements of students in sick bay.
- Item/document delivery and tracking return by staff, students and parents.
