Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least "A" Level/Diploma or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English (Good verbal communication and written skills in English and Mandarin language to converse and to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with NAV system is a plus
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 5 day compressed work schedule (Mon- Fri 8.15am- 6pm)

Job Description:
- Processing orders via phone, email or other ordering platforms
- Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices
- Issuing credit notes for empties return
- Processing and updating Accounts Application Form
- Processing monthly claims
- Purchase of office supplies, etc
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and pricings
- Other ah-hoc duties
