We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Technical Support Specialist (Presales) to join our Southeast Asia team. This position is responsible for providing presales support to our sales team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation, system design, and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects.
- Support presales activities, including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, and system demos.
- Ensure all system configurations and quotes are accurate for the SEA region.
- Provide technical training for the SEA sales and technical teams.
- Offer after-sales technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.
- Provide T&C (testing and commissioning) support for SEA projects.
- Maintain the quality of services in compliance with company standards and policies, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within the assigned region.
- Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
- Participate in internal training to continuously improve skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of related working experience in security, electronics, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases.
- Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is an advantage.
- Experience in technical presales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Client service-oriented and a quick learner.
