Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for general office administrative duties and support on invoicing, delivery orders, inventory related duties.
- Maintain and upkeep of filing system for documents.
- Assist in warehouse operations including shipments,receiving and ensuring proper documentations.
- Assist in inventory management and logistic support.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Team player and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Meticulous , Proactive and Positive attitude
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication skills and exceptional analytical skills.
