We are looking out for dynamic candidates to join the Team in IBG Digital as a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Experience/Business Unit team to conduct customer focus group and interview
- Map customer journey, collect client feedbacks/Voice of the customer and redesign the customer journey
- Validate business objective and align with customer experience
- Lead and manage issues, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills & customer orientation
- Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 5years of experience in financial services or consulting industry, a creative problem solver, and process driver
- Good working experience in planning and managing a program/project plan with multiple deliverables, owners and timelines
- Strong Communications skills and Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and competing priorities
- Works well independently and as a team, adaptable and possess problem solving skills
- Excellent working knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and able to write well and design presentation and communication materials
- Contract: One year/extendable, to start on 1st January 2025
