Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender submission.
- Preparation of tender quotations including quantity taking-off and check materials/equipment costing from suppliers.
- Competent to interpret the specification, tender documents and drawings.
- Analysing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
- Prepare Pre and Post Bid Tender clarification with consultants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
