- Perform daily production work, such as operating machines and performing upskill production, filling, printing, labeling, inbox, etc.
- Quality check of raw materials and finished goods as per quality plan to ensure raw materials and finished goods are within specifications.
- Record all daily activities and duties.
- Maintain good manufacturing practices all the time and ensure zero non-conformance products.
- Carry out continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency of equipment and process and ad-hoc assignments.
- Make suggestions and take steps to improve production processes and efficiency as well as cost-saving measures.
- Perform and ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area.
- Adhered strictly to all Good Manufacturing Procedures, Safety, 5S, Quality, and all other policies/standards/ requirements at all times.
- Ensure compliance with uniform, grooming, verbiage, computer usage, productions, operations, and any other guidelines established by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min Secondary education
- Able to understand and communicate Basic English
- Physical work required
- Willing to learn and positive attitude
- Good team player
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing environment preference
- On-the-job (OJT) training is provided for those without experience
