JOB SCOPE
Inventory Planning & Logistics:
- Manage inventory and purchase orders.
- Track orders and update relevant parties.
- Support new product launches.
- Handle claims for damaged or short-supplied stocks.
- Maintain accurate stock levels.
- Investigate stock discrepancies.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for supply disruptions.
- Build strong relationships with teams and suppliers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Reduce market returns and business waste.
- Prepare management reports.
- Recommend cost and process improvements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners.
Leadership:
- Oversee supply activities to meet business goals.
- Provide backup support for colleagues.
Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Min Degree in any field,
• Min 5 years of experience / Supply Planning Experience
• Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline
