Admin Executive (Motor Insurance)

As an Insurance Admin Executive specializing in Motor Insurance, the role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, and processing insurance claims. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for delivering excellent service.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties (invoices, quotations, printing, mailing, filing)
  • Maintain client records, including insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
  • Process and follow up on motor insurance claims.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and follow up related to motor insurance policies.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for policy renewals and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Administration, Business or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 years' work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • 5 days’ work week
