Job Title: F&B Outlet Manager (Café & Bar)
Location: Chinatown / Marina Square / Matter
Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200 (Monthly)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Outlet Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Café & Bar. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, managing teams, and driving success in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Café & Bar, ensuring smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and control costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the bar team to ensure beverage quality and service.

Who We’re Looking For:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
