We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to be the key link between our customers and our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Job Responsibilities
- Assist operation of the workshop.
- Fleet control customer vehicles during their service time.
- Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
- Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
- Logistics of the company.
- Checking and verifying invoices with purchasers and liaise with Accounts Department on all payment matters.
- All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience & qualifications in automotive industry would be advantage.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
- Working Location: Bishan, Sin Ming
- 6 days’ work week.
