· Salary: Basic up to $3000
· Location: Central
· AWS + Variable Bonus + Mobile Allowance
· Working Hours: 3 rotating shifts (5.5 working days, every 2 weeks get 3 rest days)
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
· Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
Requirements
· Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
· Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
· Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer- centric skills
· Working experience preferred: ACMV, BMS system, Electrical, Fire Protection System
