Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of coordinators, ensuring KPIs are met
- Optimize departmental workflows and processes for greater efficiency
- Foster collaboration between coordinators, sales teams, and program managers
- Oversee the use of technology tools for streamlined operations
- Coordinate monthly financial logsheet reviews
- Facilitate regular operations meetings and performance reviews
- Support sales operations with SEP portal management
- Report departmental updates to the Operations Director
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in the sports/fitness industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on accountability
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to converse with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
