Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation, filing, maintaining and updating of enquiry from client such as NDA, EOI, acknowledgement form, questionnaire, registration, tender packages, etc.
- Screening, filing, maintaining and updating of submitted quotation
- Filing, maintaining and updating of work order, pre-qualification survey, evaluation form and ASPL (Approval Service Provider List)
- Screening of contract (during tendering and award phase)
- Filing, maintaining and updating of contract document
- Maintain and update corporate information such as brochures, track record, etc.
- Keying data in the BQ
- Dedicated and responsible employee and Positive working attitude
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma holder
- 2-4 years of related working experience
- Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Good working attitude
- Good organizational skills, multi-tasker and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful
