Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly online pre-selection interviews and support on-site assessment sessions.
- Create and manage interview notes templates for candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain records and databases for new hires and compile statistical data as needed.
- Support the onboarding program for new hires and assist with contract staffing by liaising with manpower agencies.
- Provide logistical support for career outreach programs and fairs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as entry, security clearances, and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Min Diploma.
- Passionate in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
