Job Description
1. Office and Administrative Tasks
- Assist with personal errands or tasks as required.
- Organize and manage special events on behalf of the Director.
2. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Handle personal and business matters with discretion and professionalism.
3. Financial and Expense Management
- Prepare and submission of monthly expenses GRF etc.
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma holder
- 2-4 years of related working experience
- Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Good working attitude
- Good organizational skills, multi-tasker and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
