Job Responsibilities:
- Manage 180 end-to-end recruitment process
- Drafting of job descriptions and posting job advertisements
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct phone calls and online interviews with potential candidates
- Manage job offers and negotiations
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Job Requirements:
- Must have CEI license - basic
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruiting hospitality roles would be an advantage.
