Nextevo™, a Singapore-based sustainable material science startup, is pioneering the transformation of agricultural byproducts. Our mission is to convert post-harvest byproducts into high value added sustainable eco-fiber for sustainable textiles and fashion industries. We start with pineapple leaf fiber and will expand into other scalable eco-fiber.
Nextevo™ has operation in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam. Vietnam processing facility started its operation end of June 2024. Within three weeks, we were awarded with Oeko-Tex 100 certification, the first pineapple leaf fiber company to obtain such certification. Soon, we will start operating in the Philippines.

Job Overview:
We are seeking two talented and ambitious Management Associates to join our growing team. The management associates works with CEO, marketing manager and the rest of the team members in providing sustainable textile solutions across apparels, footwear, accessories, home textiles, technical applications and automotive interiors.
This program is designed to offer hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, business development, product development, and strategic planning & implementation. As a Management Associate, you will rotate through different departments every 2-4 months, gaining a holistic understanding of our business while contributing to our mission of promoting sustainable textile solutions. This role is crucial in enhancing our project efficiency across various departments as we continue to innovate in sustainable materials for the fashion and textile industries.
Key Areas of Focus:
Sales: Support sales teams in client acquisition, relationship management, and exploring opportunities for growth in the textile industry.
Marketing: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our sustainable fiber products to target audiences, including digital campaigns and brand positioning.
Business Development: Contribute to identifying new market opportunities, partnership building, and expanding our client base within the fashion and textile industries.
Product Development: Gain insight into supply chain management, production processes, and day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Planning & Implementation: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with our sustainability goals and business growth objectives as well as identifying bottlenecks in current processes and propose solutions.
