[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Understand and identify opportunities to leverage on analytics and technology to automate/streamline processes.
- Plan, design, and develop automated processes using tools such as VBA, Python, UiPath and Power Automate.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems.
- Plan, design and revamp the Finance intranet.
- Deliver training and assistance to teams for the adoption of new automated processes and systems.
- Assist in other ad hoc projects and finance duties as assigned.
- You may be rotated to other sections in the Finance Office.
[What we are looking for]
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in in Automation, AI, Engineering, or Data-related roles.
- Proficient in Excel, VBA, Outlook Macro, Python/R Studio, UiPath Studio, Power BI
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, continuous learner, self-motivated and meticulous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A team player who is able work independently.
Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous:
- Knowledge of best practices and techniques for implementing automation to streamline finance and administrative processes is an added advantage.
