Responsibilities
- Create and submit compliance documentation and reports.
- Evaluate and address client issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to provide guidance to leadership and management on compliance-related topics.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding compliance status, including handling strategic permit applications and renewals.
- Draft communications and deliver updates on the company's compliance activities.
- Ensure that all products, operations, documents, and policies adhere to industry, regional, and national regulations.
- Manage special projects related to compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance policies, practices, and reporting protocols.
- Establish standard operating procedures and maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.
- Update and maintain company records with compliance-related information.
- Detect, evaluate, and address compliance issues, inconsistencies, and breaches.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing compliance advice to company executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of compliance.
