Job Title: Procurement Engineer (ID8330)
Location: Jurong East, Singapore
Working Hour：Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Job Description:
-Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
-Procurement Process: Develop strategies, issue purchase orders, and monitor deliveries to meet project requirements.
-Technical Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to align procurement with technical needs and resolve issues.
-Cost & Quality Management: Negotiate prices, analyze market trends, and ensure materials meet quality standards.
-Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
-Risk Management: Manage risks related to suppliers, market changes, and project timelines.
Requirement:
-Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in procurement, in an engineering or technical environment.
-Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical specifications.
-Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
-Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
-Experience with international sourcing and supplier management.
-Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
-Primarily office-based with occasional travel to supplier sites and project locations.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
