Job Duties
Events management
- Lead participation in a range of conferences, webinars and educational events including planning exhibit stands, working with internal stakeholders and managing venue and other suppliers as required.
- Manage program of crossline Asia events in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Korea and Japan from planning to execution. Utilise Cvent events management tool for the administration and RSVP process.
- Working with an agency to create post-events experience microsites following the conclusion of flagship events
Product and collateral support
- Act as the Marketing business partner for a selection of Asia Pacific product teams to help them achieve their business goals such as:
- Ensure the suite of marketing collateral is current, optimised and well-constructed. Use own initiative to suggest updates and follow through on delivery.
- Conceive and activate campaigns and promotional materials
- Continually enhancing their website presence across the five Asia Pacific websites
- Review and edit PowerPoint presentations sent through by supported product lines for marketing review and coordinating reviews with various stakeholders
- Seek out and activate content leads for LinkedIn and Trending Topics
- Act as a brand guardian for the Asia teams – respond to branding requests and help guide the team on brand compliance.
- Contribute Asia content to the quarterly internal Capacity newsletter. Also post regularly on employee engagement site (Communities) to profile initiatives taking place across the Asia Teams
- Act as a champion for marketing technology tools such as Ceros, Pigeonhole and Allego
- Procure and handle the of merchandise for the Asia region.
- Respond to Risk & Governance requests for the Asia region.
Experience & Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
- 7+ years of work experience in marketing or communication functions, preferably in a multinational environment within the Asia region and with a strong focus on events management
- Sound knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
- Proven experience using a website content management system. Specific experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Mura CMS will be highly regarded
- Experience creating design briefs for graphic designers and following through on the delivery
- Experience deploying a range of marketing tools and techniques including UTM tagging and QR code generation
