- Job Description:
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs on new and used packaging machines at select customer’s facilities predominantly throughout Asia Pacific and possibly other regions on an as required basis.
- Coordinate installation on our proprietary machinery at client location and consult with customers on technical issues.
- Monitor system performance to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications /requirements.
- Consult with customer concerning installation, preventive maintenance, inspections and use of proprietary software system, including providing support to customers.
- Telephone support and evaluation of customer issues to help troubleshoot and/or collect key information for review by senior service staff.
Requirements
Minium 7 years experience
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Exp in Electrical & Hydraulic maintenance
