Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure outlets are operating according to SOPs, without food safety issue
2. Monitor the food quality, speed of service and sanitation levels of the kitchen
3. Educate new employees regarding individual roles & responsibilities and operation SOPs
4. Manage back-kitchen staff’s performance and recruitment
Requirement(s):
1. have a good understanding of ingredients and dishes, comfortable with preparing Chinese cuisine, experience with Sichuan cuisine preferred
2. Familiar with back kitchen operations with good communication skills
3. Working experience in back kitchen management positions in F&B chain stores preferred
Will receive systematic management training, stand a chance to be promoted to kitchen manager after passing the assessment in 5 months
