Job Overview
We seek an experienced and dynamic Head of Account Management to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns, and managing a team of account managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client relationships and ensure successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, from standard to complex.
- Serve as a solution consultant, recommending tailored digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Present strategies and results effectively to clients, demonstrating value and insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, ensuring performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams (SEO, SEM, social media, content) to deliver successful outcomes.
- Utilize project management software to track campaign progress, manage resources, and deliver timely results.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and upgrade internal processes, client strategies, and team performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends with a strong belief in the power of AI and automation to drive efficiencies and results.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in client success or account management in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven experience handling multiple clients and complex campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana).
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation in digital marketing is a plus.
