Morgan McKinley is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join the team for a 12-month contract with possibility to extend or to go permanent!
Job Description:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective driver communications and engagement strategies that boost user acquisition and strengthen the brand image of financial products.
- Identify new opportunities to create and implement full-scale marketing campaigns that drive business growth and meet performance goals.
- Produce content that builds trust and loyalty, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee marketing performance, track ROI, and analyze campaign data to continuously improve effectiveness through a test-and-learn approach.
- Lead the coordination of driver lending communications, working closely with creative, business, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
- With 2-3 years of related experience in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and daily communications that align with our company’s goals
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, with bonus points for knowledge of consumer lending products and the Singaporean market.
- Data-driven with a proven ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and translate insights into effective strategies.
- Creative thinker skilled in working with teams to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Results-oriented, proactive in tackling challenges, and driven to achieve business growth.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to bring creative ideas to life.
