Our client, is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Quality Executive, Healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide support in reviewing and investigation of Incident Reports
· Provide secretariat support to meetings and committees and follow-up for all matters arising from related activities
· Provide secretarial and admin support for monthly Senior leadership’s Quality & Safety walkabout
· Support and coordinate the efforts in the annual review of departmental policies
· Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts
· Support the projects and organise events
· Coordinate surveys, analyse data, and follow up with improvement efforts
· Undertake any special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline
· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality (clinical)
· Prior experience in facilitating quality improvement workshops and conducting training
