As a Centre Manager, you are responsible for managing and supervising a team of support staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Day Centre for Seniors. You will also handle client enquiries, and manage feedback, and client behaviour management.
You will
- Manage daily centre operations
- Lead and supervise care team
- Ensure that enrolment targets are met through partnerships and marketing
- Follow-up on visitors' enquiries
- Increase productivity through the continual streamlining of processes and workflows
- Ensure compliance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), regulatory and internal audits
- Represent the NTUC Health brand through positive and professional relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure that the team attends continuous internal and external training
- Oversee the centre programme for our seniors
- Organise and execute activities
- Train and guide care staff to lead and facilitate small group activities
- Promote active engagement and tailor activities to seniors' choices and abilities
- Track clients' outcomes and satisfaction
- Proactively engage the caregivers of our seniors
- Provide regular updates on seniors' medical and health conditions
- Communicate the beneficial outcomes of the centre's activities and events
- Manage feedback and complaints from caregivers
- Be responsible for incident management including reporting, timely escalation and timely resolution where possible
You should
- Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
- Be proficient in Google Suite Applications and digital tools (i.e. WhatsApp, YouTube, Zoom)
- Have a strong sense of adaptability (i.e. being creative and finding new ways of getting things done)
It would be great if you
- Have experience in community or healthcare settings or volunteering
- Have experience in event/training facilitation
- Can converse in local dialect
Qualifications
- Degree holder or equivalent
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
